Monok, Kossuth Lajos Emlékmúzeum / Lajos Kossuth Memorial Museum, Monok

A földszintes házat 1780-82-ben építtette Andrássy István gróf. A ház északi udvari szobájában született Kossuth Lajos 1802. szeptember 19-én, a múzeum az életpályájából az indulást és az emigrációban eltöltött éveket részletezi. A bemutatón számos Kossuth-relikvia látható.

Count István Andrássy got the single-floor house built between 1780 and 1782. Lajos Kossuth was born in a room in the northern corner of its backyard on September 19, 1802. His memorial exhibition gives an insight of the initial years and the final period of his life spent in expatriation.  Several Kossuth relics are also displayed in the museum.
